Dear Parents and Carers
It has been lovely to welcome all our children back after the half term.
We have a busy and exciting half term coming up so want to make you aware of events coming up.
On Tuesday 12th November the children can wear odd socks to raise awareness for anti-bullying week.
On Friday 15th November it is Children in Need day and the children can come to school in their own BRIGHT clothing. A donation of £1 towards the charity would be much appreciated.
On the 12th, 13th and 14th of November year 5 Puffins, Guillemots and Gannets respectively, will be going to Colne Valley Museum as part of their Victorians topic.
On Tuesday 19th November year 1 will be having their family learning afternoon at 2 pm.
On the 25th and 26th of November there will be school photographs, individual ones will be done on the Monday and siblings on Tuesday.
On Tuesday 10th December Moles will be having their nativity, Rabbits will be on the 11th and Squirrels on the 12th. More details will be available nearer the time.
On the 17th, 18th and 19th of December year 5, Puffins, Guillemots and Gannets respectively, will be having their family learning afternoons. Again, more details to follow nearer the time.
Christmas parties will be on Friday 20th December, the last day of term.
A reminder that parent coffee afternoons are on Thursdays the 21st of November, 5th December and 19th December at 2pm, all are welcome!
